If a child spends more of their time every day facing gadgets without physical exercise, then what happens is a decrease in endurance due to metabolism in the child’s body not running optimally and instead decreases due to not being noticed. This can be the trigger for the birth of a generation that is less skilled in terms of strength training. For this reason, special attention is needed for children who are already addicted to gadgets so that they are aware of how important it is to maintain a healthy body.
