About the Author

Richard P. Payant has over 7 years of experience as Director of Facilities Management at Georgetown University and over 23 years of experience with the Army Corps of Engineers. A certified plant engineer and facilities manager, adjunct professor at George Mason, and author of several professional publications, he has an MA in business management/public administration from Central Michigan University and a B.S. from Norwich University.

Bernard T. Lewis was a project engineer for NASA for 10 years and taught engineering management at George Washington University
