He is a professor emeritus who teaches at Lancaster University. He teaches in the field of organizational learning. He earned his first degree in engineering and Ph.D. in the organization at Durham University. As a professional academic, he is certainly also active in carrying out research. Lena J. Jaspersen
She is a University Academic Fellow in Innovation Management at the University of Leeds, where she co-developed and teaches the flagship interdisciplinary Innovation Thinking and Practice module with Tony Morgan and teaches qualitative research methods at the Ph.D. level. Her main research interests include collaborative research and innovation, and the role of partnerships in addressing global development challenges. Lena’s background brings an international and interdisciplinary dimension to her writing, teaching, and research. She holds master’s degrees in Sociology and International Relations and was awarded a Ph.D. with a Recommendation of Research Excellence from the University of Leeds. Lena is also currently part of the team at the Leeds Institute of Teaching Excellence carrying out pedagogical research into interdisciplinary team-based teaching and learning with a focus on digital and employability skills.
He is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Leeds where he was most recently Professor of Management Development and Pro Dean for Research at the University of Leeds School of Business. His early industry experience informs how his ethos has evolved. A common theme is a strong commitment to processing the methodology and focus on action in all its forms; interest and commitment to doctoral student development and capacity building in this sector; and commitment to collaborative work on projects of common interest.
He is an Associate Professor who teaches Quantitative Methods at the University of Leeds. He has an economic background as a workforce and an established career in a movement called the trade union movement, he graduated with a Ph.D. in Business studies and Economics while at the University of Leeds. Danat’s research field converges around the changing nature of work with a particular focus on the quality of work life, inequality, and the digital future in the workplace.
